For any issues with your order please provide me with your order # & a short description of the issue. 
If there is an issue with your package being lost via mail carrier. Please check your invoice to see if you checked out with route shipping protection. If you did, you should have received an email from route right after you placed an order with us with directions on how to track your package. If it does not get delivered or gets lost you have to file a claim with route as soon as possible.
