Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Same day/next day- On good days! If not expect (1 to 3 Business days Mon-Friday) Due to Covid 19 we are attempting to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID 19 we now have less help than normal please expect a few delays.

Q: Do you Sell by weight or volume?
A: By Weight.

Q: I did not get an e-mail that my order has been shipped how can I get a tracking number?
A: Please create an account with us and look under "my account" for your order history with tracking numbers provided once they are shipped.

Q : Is this Polyester or Craft glitter?
A: All our glitter is top quality polyester glitter that is great for working with tumblers and all different types of craft projects!

Q: How long does it take for a color to be re-stocked?
A: 1-2 weeks to place the order if we don't have it at the shop! If we do have it in please keep in mind re-stocking takes place randomly for different colors! Please visit daily/weekly to see what has been restocked.

Q: My labels are hard to come off ..what can I do?
A: All of our labels are piggyback labels! You will see a line on the side of the text where you can rip up and peel off your label to transfer to your choice of shaker.

Q: I can't get a hold of anyone where can I reach you?
A: Monday- Friday we respond back to our "Contact" tab in this website. During the weekend we will try to respond but it will not likely be right away!

Q: Do you ship out during the weekends?
A: We are closed Saturday & Sunday.

Q: Can I combine my order?
A: We are currently not able to combine orders. If anything changes we will notify everyone with instructions on how to do so.

Q: When and how do I get a subscription package?
A: Our subscription packages are seasonal items! We will make multiple announcements when they are coming out again! We only have plans to create so many subscriptions each time! You must go purchase it every time a new one is released, you will not be reserved one because you purchased one the previous month! We currently don't have any for purchase at the moment.

Q: Can we come and shop for glitter at your house?
A: We do offer local picks up! During the check out process you will click on "pick up" and it will be a smooth check out with instructions for you to follow. We do NOT allow anyone to come into our home due to covid precautions. 

Q: My package is being delayed: what happened and where is my order?
A: I apologize if your order is being delayed or held up by the post office! Anything under a pound is NOT insured. Please insure your packages if you feel maybe they could get lost as we are NOT responsible for anything that is delayed, gets lots, stolen off your property etc.. Unfortunately, I have no control with USPS. I recommend calling USPS to follow up why it is being delayed to you.

Q: My USPS tracking number shows delivered but I didn't receive my package?
A: Call USPS and request GPS coordinates on your package. If you purchased route shipping protection please file a claim with them. 

Q: I can't get ahold of anyone, where can I reach you?
A: We respond to our Contact Form page within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. During the weekend, we try to respond ASAP however, there may be a longer wait period.
